Team Leader, Partner Success Management

Your main responsibilities:

• Analysis of sales results and team KPIs, and preparation of reports
• Conducting  business negotiations, build long-term relationships with key clients
• Planning of sales activities and development strategies
• Delegating tasks, motivating the team and monitoring performance
• Coaching and employee development – training and improving team competencies.

This is the right job for you if you have:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a sales team leader
• Experience in conducting strategic discussions and business negotiations with international companies
• Knowledge of how online business, e-commerce, and marketplace models operate
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in sales and building relationships with clients/sales partners
• Independence, sales-oriented mindset, and ability to work under time pressure
• Highly developed communication and negotiation skills
• Analytical thinking and ability to draw conclusions from data
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms)
• Fluent English, both spoken and written (minimum B2 level)
• Willingness to business travel.
