Your main responsibilities:
- Analysis of sales results and team KPIs, and preparation of reports
 - Conducting business negotiations, build long-term relationships with key clients
 - Planning of sales activities and development strategies
 - Delegating tasks, motivating the team and monitoring performance
 - Coaching and employee development – training and improving team competencies.
 
This is the right job for you if you have:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a sales team leader
 - Experience in conducting strategic discussions and business negotiations with international companies
 - Knowledge of how online business, e-commerce, and marketplace models operate
 - Knowledge and hands-on experience in sales and building relationships with clients/sales partners
 - Independence, sales-oriented mindset, and ability to work under time pressure
 - Highly developed communication and negotiation skills
 - Analytical thinking and ability to draw conclusions from data
 - Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms)
 - Fluent English, both spoken and written (minimum B2 level)
 - Willingness to business travel.
