Your main responsibilities:
The Team Leader, Promoter Experience manages a team to ensure operational excellence.
This role is responsible for leading the team's project activities, coordinating with cross-functional partners, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The leader's core purpose is to create and execute an operational roadmap for their area, making final decisions that directly impact outcomes while contributing to the overall strategic goals.

manage the Promoter Experience team, overseeing their work in daily promoter support and professional development, ensuring alignment with overarching business goals.

develop and implement a long-term vision for promoter relationships, creating an operational plan and roadmap for the team that contributes to the business unit's short-term strategy.

supervise the implementation of new processes and standards to ensure quality and compliance.

collaborate with and foster cooperation between the team and other business and technical stakeholders across the organization.

create and execute operational plans, making final decisions that have a direct impact on business outcomes.

demonstrate an understanding of how market trends translate into their area.

provide clear prioritization and direction, ensuring the team remains focused on its goals while feeling supported.

contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by actively seeking insights from promoters and translating that feedback into actionable process enhancements.
This is the right job for you if:

Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in client relationship management, with at least 4-5 years in a team leadership role - must have criteria

You are proficient in English (minimum B2 level).

Have deep understanding of the cultural and entertainment market, as well as a well-developed end-to-end view of how the business works

You are able to combine operational excellence with strategic goals.

You have experience in process automation and continuous process improvement.

You can build team resilience in a dynamic and fast-changing environment.

You are skilled at working with objectives and improving promoter satisfaction while optimizing budgets.

You have experience using reporting and data visualization tools such as Tableau.

You have at least a basic proficiency in using AI tools and solutions to enhance your daily work and improve efficiency.
