Your main responsibilities:

Managing a sales team of several people

Sales of One by Allegro services offered to VIP partners.

Training the subordinate team to achieve the best results
-
Business meetings, presenting offers. Closing sales.

Maintaining partner NPS in relations with One by Allegro.

Responsibility for the development and growth of the following areas:
-
Optimization of logistics processes at partners: Actively encouraging and supporting sellers in shifting shipment cut-off times to the latest possible and supervising their correct configuration on the Allegro platform.

Promoting weekend shipping: Educating and motivating partners to dispatch parcels on weekends to ensure buyers have an attractive delivery option as early as Monday.

Implementation of premium services: Active cross-selling and up-selling of new logistics services, with particular emphasis on Same-Day Delivery.

Scaling international sales: Supporting and driving the expansion of sellers into foreign markets (outside Poland), eliminating logistical barriers in cross-border trade.

Relationship building and consulting: Serving as a strategic logistics consultant for key Allegro business partners.

Requirements:

Experience:
-
Team management for a minimum of 3–4 years
-
Minimum of 3–4 years of experience in B2B sales, customer relationship management (Account Management), or business development – preferably in the TSL (Transport-Forwarding-Logistics), e-commerce, or CEP (Courier-Express-Parcel) industry

Goal-orientation: Documented success in achieving volume and sales targets
- Knowledge of the e-commerce market: Deep understanding of logistics processes in e-commerce and factors influencing the customer's purchasing experience Negotiation and analytical skills: Ability to persuade partners to implement process changes based on solid data and business arguments

Foreign languages English (B1); knowledge of other CEE regional languages.
