Value Proposition Manager (Allegro Wakacje)
Warszawa, PL, 00-841
Introduction
The Customer Value Proposition Manager is responsible for designing and improving the end-to-end B2C customer journey on the Allegro Wakacje marketplace. This role bridges customer insights with commercial strategy, leveraging core Allegro assets to differentiate Allegro Wakacje from incumbent travel platforms and further develop its right-to-win in the travel industry.
Your main responsibilities:
-
B2C Value Proposition Design: Design, monitor, and continuously expand the consumer value proposition framework to maximize booking conversions, user acquisition, and long-term retention.
-
Allegro Asset Integration: Leverage and develop key platform integrations with the main Allegro app, core loyalty engines (Allegro Smart!, Allegro Coins), payment solutions (Allegro Pay BNPL), and ancillary revenue products (e.g., voluntary travel insurance).
-
Competitor Intelligence & Benchmarking: Establish an ongoing, data-driven competitive intelligence mechanism against competitors to identify user experience gaps and maintain market feature parity.
-
Cross-Functional Feature Delivery: Act as the primary business stakeholder alongside Product, Tech, Legal, and Risk teams to translate deep user insights into operational, consumer-facing platform features.
This is the right job for you if:
-
Strong problem solving skillset: Ability to derive structured, data-driven hypotheses on how to improve value proposition and performance of an early-stage online ecommerce platform, design and implement initiatives to deliver those improvements
-
Entrepreneurial mindset: Strong sense of ownership for improving KPIs of a newly launched business, ability to design out-of-the box solutions and ensure execution with internal Allegro stakeholders and strategic partners
-
Proven B2C & E-Commerce/OTA Experience: Solid background in designing and scaling consumer value propositions, customer journeys, and conversion-optimization frameworks within the e-commerce or travel (OTA) sectors.
-
Data-Driven approach: Strong analytical capabilities to build recommendations based on early-stage data readings - translating customer research, behavioral analytics, and OTA competitor benchmarking into actionable business and product strategies.
-
Cross-Functional Product Stakeholdering: Demonstrated expertise in acting as a business owner alongside Product, Tech, UX, Legal, and Risk teams to deliver complex consumer-facing features.
