Value Proposition Manager (Ecosystem Network)

Allegro is seeking a dedicated Value Proposition Manager to drive the growth of our seller support ecosystem through strategic Ecosystem Network partnerships. This role will sharply focus on accelerating GMV growth and driving the adoption of strategic services (One Fulfillment, Export) via the integrator market.
We are looking for a commercial and project-driven professional with an international mindset who can negotiate commercial models, onboard top-tier global partners, and deliver complex technical integrations.
Your main responsibilities:
-Strategic Partnership & Commercial Models: Own the commercial relations with key integrators; design, negotiate, and implement financial incentive programs to accelerate seller onboarding across the CEE / EEA
-Project Delivery & Integrations: Act as the business project manager supervising the development of native store integrations delivered by external technology vendors.
-Global Partner Onboarding: Drive high-profile international connectivity projects, including the launch of a global partner and bringing the integration with marketplace
-Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate closely with Tech Teams, Product, Legal, and commercial units to ensure seamless UX/API performance and overcome project blockers.
-Go-to-Market Execution: Coordinate and assist in launching new features, tools, and partnerships by aligning cross-functional marketing, PR, and educational campaigns.
-Data & Performance Tracking: Define and monitor KPIs to measure project success, partner performance, and the direct impact of ecosystem initiatives on GMV and service adoption.
This is the right job for you if you have:
-5+ years of experience in project/product management, business development, or partnership management (ideally within e-commerce, marketplace platforms, or B2B ecosystems).
-Commercial & Negotiation Skills: Proven track record in structuring partnership agreements, contract negotiation, and designing financial incentive/incentive-fee models
-International Mindset & Regional Expertise: Experience in working with international partners, with a strong preference for familiarity with the Domestic and International Markets markets (experience with partners like JTL, Shoprenter, UNAS, Channable is a huge plus).
-Technical Literacy: Experience supervising external tech vendors and understanding partner-facing APIs, developer programs, or e-commerce platform architectures
-Data-Driven Approach: Strong analytical skills to track key metrics, evaluate ROI on incentive programs, and translate data into actionable insights.
-Proactive Project Ownership: A results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently, manage multiple high-stakes projects simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
-Language Skills: Proficiency in English (C1 level minimum); knowledge of English (required) German or other Central/Eastern European languages is an asset.
