Value Proposition Manager

Your main responsibilities:
As a Value Proposition Manager, you will be a key person in the process of bringing our measurement and research products and services to life, ensuring they are genuinely attractive to our customers. If you think strategically, have experience in defining, implementing, and designing metrics and research, and can combine all of this into a product perspective that meets business needs – we invite you to join our team.
Your main responsibilities:

You will create, test, and improve value propositions for key measurement products for Allegro customers, such as Brand Lift.

You will analyze market data using both qualitative and quantitative methods. Your recommendations will be the foundation for strategic decision-making.

You will collaborate daily with Product Managers, the Advertising Business Partners team, analysts, and UX/UI.

You will support teams in planning and executing the introduction of new metrics and research tools, ensuring the communication is clear and appealing.

You will establish and design key KPIs and metrics for Allegro Advertising clients, monitor their usefulness, and work on their development.
This is the right job for you if:

Have experience working in a similar, strategic position (e.g., Value Proposition Manager, Product Marketing Manager, Strategic Product Manager, Media Research Manager, Effectiveness Expert, Insights Manager).

Have proven success in developing and implementing various research methodologies that resulted in a significant business impact.

Possess advanced analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting complex data to formulate recommendations.

Can Effectively collaborate with analytical teams in defining reports and analyses.

Excel at working with diverse teams – they can effectively communicate complex concepts to various stakeholder groups, from C-level to operational teams.

Have a proactive attitude and extensive experience allowing for independent project management.

Are using English at a level that enables free communication in an international business environment (min. B2).
