Value Proposition Manager

About the role:
As a part of the Allegro Advertising team, you will develop and implement advertising and retail media solutions for brands (mainly display and video). You will be working closely with technology, strategy and sales teams to ensure a thorough design process is executed and products are delivered as planned. You will oversee advertising products regulatory and legal compliance.
We are looking for a manager with strong experience in designing & building ad or mar-tech systems. The perfect candidate has a perfect overview on the digital advertising market, works directly with brands advertisers, monitors future trends, and will be able to identify opportunities to leverage the full potential of Allegro marketplace.
Your main responsibilities:
- Strategic planning and execution:
- Develop and execute strategies for display advertising campaigns, including existing and new onsite and offsite inventory, with a mobile-first mindset.
- Analyzing and verifying the effectiveness and business performance of existing & future ad solutions.
- Lead brand products commercialization: value proposition, pricing, insights, and best practices codification.
- Preparing competition research & benchmarking (including market “sizing”, advertising landscapes for brands).
- Presenting strategic plans together with work progress to the Allegro Executive Team members & Advertising Management
- Securing regulatory & legal compliance of Allegro advertising:
- Govern the implementation of regulations such as: DSA, DMA, TCF, OTC drugs advertising principles, alcohol products regulations, etc. in Advertising BU.
- Cooperation with Legal Regulatory teams to track, define and implement all required changes in advertising solutions.
- Governance over all regulatory initiatives (registry of terms & conditions versions, leading internal audits).
- Cooperation with 3rd parties:
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments like Marketing, Findability, UX, Campaign/ Own Media, Consumer, and Commerce to ensure brand and display strategies are integrated and support overall Allegro objectives beyond monetization (discovery, personalization, inspiration, trust).
- Collaboration with external partners (i.e. Mercado Ads, iab, Gemius, Google, Meta, AdForm, WP, RASP).
- Business product partnership with Technology Teams (through tech PMs): partnering in design & delivery of brand advertising.
This is the right job for you if:

You have proven experience in advertising product management or development role (min. 5 years).

You have experience in building value proposition & media offering for the brands.

You work directly with the brands of different segments & sizes, you can define their needs, knowledge about their internal organization including marketing/trade budgets organization.

You have experience in regulatory and compliance implementation and/or governance, e.g. working with legal documents, legal and compliance teams, terms & conditions preparation and maintenance.

You demonstrate track record of driving revenue from the mar-tech solutions (owned or 3rd party).

You have in-depth knowledge of digital advertising strategies, e-commerce, technologies.

You have an excellent communication and negotiation skills (fluent English required).

You have an analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and KPI tracking.

You are highly skilled in strategic thinking and problem-solving.

You have experience in cross-functional teams to align personal goals with overall business goals.

You have experience in building regional or international tech/sales solutions will be a plus.
