Facility Coordinator

Your main responsibilities:

- Coordinate daily facility issues.
- Coordinate daily warehouse equipment issues.
- Coordinate work orders performed by external companies.
- Manage technical documentation and inspection reports.
- Prepare an action plan to end a lease with speculative warehouses.
- Coordinate inspections, modifications, repaires, SLAs with external companies.

This is the right job for you if:

-Posiadają doświadczenie zawodowe na podobnym lub pokrewnym stanowisku min. 3 lata 

-Znają oprogramowanie CMMS/ERP

-Wiedzę o awariach instalacji budynkowych i podobnych

-Potrafią czytać rysunki techniczne

-Posiadają czynne Prawo Jazdy kat. B

-Znają język angielski w stopniu umożliwiającym swobodną komunikację w mowie i piśmie 

-Posiadają zdolność do pracy w środowisku rozproszonym

-Posiadają zdolność do pracy pod presją czasu

-Mają wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności organizacji pracy oraz komunikacji
