Main Responsibilities
- Assign parcels to couriers based on optimal routes and delivery priorities to ensure efficient service.
- Consider traffic, weather conditions, and regional specifics when planning courier routes.
- Respond promptly to delays, delivery issues, and unforeseen situations to minimize operational disruptions.
- Resolve current operational challenges, such as vehicle breakdowns or issues with recipient availability.
- Cooperate with the warehouse team to ensure parcels are prepared and ready for shipping on time.
- Propose improvements in the organization of courier work to enhance efficiency and service quality.

Your main responsibilities:
- Na co dzień będziesz odpowiadać za koordynowanie pracy grupy kurierskiej w zakresie doręczania i odbioru przesyłek
- Twoim zadaniem będzie rozliczanie Kurierów z powierzonych przesyłek, dokumentacji, mienia oraz gotówki
- Zajmiesz się optymalizacją tras kurierskich
- Twoim zadaniem będzie terminowe wprowadzanie danych do systemu magazynowego
- Będziesz współpracować z Przewoźnikami i Kurierami
- Będziesz organizować i prowadzić szkolenia dla Przewoźników i Kurierów
- Wesprzesz Kurierów w codziennej pracy, zadbasz o ich motywację i rozwój
- Będziesz raportować do Managera wyniki pracy Kurierów
