Depot Manager

Your main responsibilities:
-You will focus on the expansion and continuous development of the branch team
-Your tasks will include managing costs, efficiency, and the quality of services provided, as well as meeting budgetary targets
-You will coordinate the work of the subordinate organizational unit
-You will ensure an appropriate number of personnel/courier resources to provide the highest quality of service
-You will set goals and motivate employees/couriers to achieve their assigned tasks
-You will actively participate in initiatives and projects modeling and optimizing operational processes in the branch
-You will report performance results to your superiors
-On a daily basis, you will cooperate with other departments within the company
This is the right job for you if:
-You have 3 years of experience in a similar managerial position in the logistics or courier industry (preferred experience in roles such as: Transport Manager, Branch Manager, Terminal Manager, or Sorting Hub Manager)
-You have experience in building and managing diverse teams
-You are characterized by the ability to make decisions independently and act effectively under stressful conditions
-You have participated in projects and the implementation of improvements
-You are goal-oriented and effectively delegate tasks
-You have high interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills
-You hold a Category B driver's license and are open to business travel
-You have a good command of the MS Office suite, especially MS Excel
-You communicate in English at a minimum B1/B2 level.
