Senior Digital Marketing Specialist (maternity cover)

As an in-house Digital Media team, we are responsible for driving paid traffic through digital media channels, working closely with selected media and technology partners. We plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across multiple European markets, focusing on efficiency and business performance.  We are currently looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist (Social Media) to join our team as a maternity leave cover. This role focuses on planning, executing, and optimizing paid social media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. We are looking for an experienced, hands-on specialist with a strong analytical mindset who enjoys combining campaign execution with strategic thinking and continuous testing.

What will your job involve?

• Planning, preparing, and implementing paid social media campaigns in line with defined business goals and KPIs.

• Planning, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube based on performance data.

• Analyzing campaign results using metrics such as CPC, CPM, CPV, CPA, and ROAS, while providing data-driven recommendations.

• Preparing regular campaign reports, performance summaries, and actionable insights.

• Monitoring and controlling media budgets during campaign execution.

• Cooperating directly with Meta, TikTok, Google, and other technology partners to implement best practices and test new advertising solutions.

• Driving campaign experimentation through A/B tests, new ad formats, audience strategies, creatives, and measurement solutions.

• Monitoring social media trends, platform updates, and identifying new growth opportunities.

• Supporting cross-market campaigns across Central Europe.

• Sharing knowledge and best practices within the team.

We are looking for people who:

• Have at least 4 years of hands-on experience planning, buying, and optimizing paid social campaigns on the client side or at a media agency.

• Have experience managing medium to large advertising budgets and performance-driven campaigns.

• Have advanced hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.

• Have experience running YouTube campaigns using Google Ads.

• Understand digital media planning and performance marketing principles.

• Can independently analyze campaign data, identify optimization opportunities, and make data-driven recommendations based on business KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CPC, and CPM.

• Have experience working with campaign analytics and reporting tools.

• Are able to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.

• Are proactive, detail-oriented, and take ownership of their work.

• Communicate fluently Polish and English, both spoken and written.
