Your main responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of existing high-potential partners and identifies, sources, and activates new promising merchants.
- Manage and execute GMV and activation targets within their portfolio ensuring regular targets delivery.
- Develop Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and market sourcing plans focused on growth metrics.
- Actively source products to campaigns and runs dedicated operational sprints (e.g., logistics saturation).
- Conduct basic analytics to provide partners with data-backed business hints (e.g. logistics, parametrization).
- Track GMV, wallet share, partner actions, campaign results within assigned accounts and market competition to better inform strategies.
- Gather and analyze basic local market data to build strong, fact-based recommendations and arguments.
- Lead negotiations on standard agreements within scope, asking for guidance when needed.
- Handle merchant-level issues directly, escalating complex conflicts appropriately.
- Apply established partner segmentation criteria and ensures data integrity in partner profiles.
- Collaborate with different functions (e.g. marketing, campaign, category, partner programs team) to execute partner growth programs.
- Share knowledge and supports team goals, actively contributing to a positive team dynamic.
This is the right job for you if:
- Experience in B2B Account Management: 2–3+ years of experience managing a portfolio of business partners, merchants, or key accounts (ideally within the e-commerce, marketplace, or retail sectors).
- Proven track record of delivering on sales, growth, or volume targets (such as GMV and partner activation metrics).
- Experience in developing and executing structured growth strategies, such as Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and market sourcing plans.
- Ability to conduct basic market and performance analysis to provide partners with data-backed business insights (e.g., optimizing logistics, parametrizations, and tracking wallet share).
- Strong commercial skills with experience leading standard contract negotiations and directly handling merchant-level operational issues.
- Proven ability to work effectively with internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Category Management, Campaign, and Partner Programs) to execute growth initiatives.
- Deep understanding of marketplace dynamics, competitor landscapes, and promotional campaign mechanics.
- Practical experience working with CRM systems, with a strong focus on maintaining data integrity and partner segmentation criteria.
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to identify, source, and activate new high-potential merchants independently.
- Ability to build strong, trust-based relationships and present fact-based recommendations convincingly to partners.
- Excellent crisis-management skills with the ability to resolve issues directly and escalate complex conflicts appropriately.
- A collaborative mindset with a willingness to share knowledge, support team goals, and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
