Your main responsibilities:
- Independently manage moderately complex marketing campaigns, making real-time adjustments to improve efficiency.
- Lead discussions with media and creative agencies to ensure best value.
- Handle and optimise marketing budgets.
- Conduct market research, applying insights from competitive analyses to marketing strategies.
- Prepare detailed briefs for creative teams and agencies, and manage the production of creative assets.
- Analyse customer data independently to tailor campaigns and derive insights from complex datasets.
- Work effectively across teams to align and integrate marketing efforts.
- Deliver consistently on campaign goals with measurable results.
This is the right job for you if:
- Posiadają minimum 2- letnie doświadczenie w planowaniu i realizowaniu kampanii marketingowych 360.
- Realizowały kampanie bezpośrednio wpływające na sprzedaż.
- Bardzo dobrze znają angielski (min. B2).
- Pracowały na takich wskaźnikach jak: Top-of-Mind, consideration, price perception, GRP, CPC,… i mnóstwie innych.
- Posiadają doświadczenie w planowaniu i zakupie mediów.
- Wiedzą jak dotrzeć do nowych użytkowników korzystających z zakupów w internecie, niezależnie od grupy wiekowej.
- Mają wysoko rozwinięte umiejętności analityczne oraz umieją same przygotować lejek wskaźników dla swoich działań.
- Lubią pracować w bardzo szybko zmieniającym się otoczeniu, z wieloma partnerami jednocześnie.
- Są otwarte, nie myślący sztampowo, szukają nowych rozwiązań.
- Potrafią przeanalizować dużą ilość danych i na tej podstawie przygotować rekomendację działań.
- Potrafią dostosować się do zmieniającego się otoczenia.
