Content Development Excellence Specialist

Your main responsibilities:
- Independently create, curate, and execute content across channels, demonstrating strong writing and editing skills and maintaining a consistent brand voice.
- Take full responsibility for content quality, accuracy and adherence to guidelines (reviewing and editing).
- Manage content within the CMS, ensuring content libraries are organized, current and accurate.
- Contribute to basic content strategies and calendar development, taking on scheduling responsibilities.
- Identify optimization opportunities and suggest improvements to existing content workflows and processes.
- Proactively expand knowledge of content trends, formats and begin to specialize in a specific area of content (if applicable).
- Contribute to content performance analysis by interpreting data, identifying trends, and providing initial insights.
- Collaborate effectively across teams and build working relationships with stakeholders to gather requirements and resolve issues.
- Contribute to team performance by sharing knowledge, providing constructive feedback and actively participating in problem-solving and process improvement.

Have the interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders – you can gather requirements from Business, IT, or Legal and translate them into concrete guidelines for content creators.

Operate independently at an expert level – you take full ownership of your area, make autonomous decisions, and can defend your recommendations to managers.

Enjoy sharing knowledge and mentoring the team – you have experience auditing others' work, providing precise feedback, and building knowledge bases (like style guides or process manuals).

Are highly proficient in English, allowing you to freely analyze international benchmarks and collaborate in an international environment.

Have a data-driven mindset – you look beyond raw data to extract meaningful insights that lead to optimized standards and higher content efficiency.
