Job description

Your main responsibilities:

  • Independently create, curate, and execute content across channels, demonstrating strong writing and editing skills and maintaining a consistent brand voice.
  • Take full responsibility for content quality, accuracy and adherence to guidelines (reviewing and editing).
  • Manage content within the CMS, ensuring content libraries are organized, current and accurate.
  • Contribute to basic content strategies and calendar development, taking on scheduling responsibilities.
  • Identify optimization opportunities and suggest improvements to existing content workflows and processes.
  • Proactively expand knowledge of content trends, formats and begin to specialize in a specific area of content (if applicable).
  • Contribute to content performance analysis by interpreting data, identifying trends, and providing initial insights.
  • Collaborate effectively across teams and build working relationships with stakeholders to gather requirements and resolve issues.
  • Contribute to team performance by sharing knowledge, providing constructive feedback and actively participating in problem-solving and process improvement.

This is the right job for you if:

  • Navigate CMS systems with ease and understand the technical aspects of publishing and managing the content lifecycle.

  • Are process-oriented – you can design, implement, and monitor workflows that make content production faster, more cost-effective, and error-free.

  • Have the interpersonal skills to work with stakeholders – you can gather requirements from Business, IT, or Legal and translate them into concrete guidelines for content creators.

  • Operate independently at an expert level – you take full ownership of your area, make autonomous decisions, and can defend your recommendations to managers.

  • Enjoy sharing knowledge and mentoring the team – you have experience auditing others' work, providing precise feedback, and building knowledge bases (like style guides or process manuals).

  • Are highly proficient in English, allowing you to freely analyze international benchmarks and collaborate in an international environment.

  • Have a data-driven mindset – you look beyond raw data to extract meaningful insights that lead to optimized standards and higher content efficiency.
