About the role:
As Senior Manager – Delivery Sales you will be responsible for driving the sales strategy, product development, and commercialization of One by Allegro courier services across Allegro Group markets, including Poland and the Czech Republic. In this role, you will lead cross-functional team in product management, marketing, and communications to scale delivery solutions, build strong e-commerce integration partnerships, and accelerate business growth.
Your main responsibilities:
- Create, implement, and ensure strategic alignment of regional sales activities with Delivery's business strategy and long-term goals.
- Develop and implement comprehensive account management strategies for the Digital Sales portfolio to maximize client satisfaction and drive long-term business growth.
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships to enhance service offerings and strengthen regional competitive advantages.
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities in the region to expand the customer base and increase market share for our own transportation.
- Implement innovations and propose process improvements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of regional sales operations.
- Maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders, resolving high-priority issues and building long-term loyalty.
- Work closely with Delivery Regional leaders and departments to ensure consistent strategy execution and excellent service quality.
- Create, analyze, and monitor sales forecasts and comprehensive performance reports.
- Stay current on regional market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to continually refine sales strategies.
- Develop and manage the regional sales budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and effective cost management.
- Identify potential risks in the region and develop strategies to effectively mitigate them.
- Resolve conflicts and issues within the regional sales team or with key accounts.
This is the right job for you if have:
- Proven experience as a Delivery Sales Director or Senior Manager, with a strong track record of driving regional revenue growth and aligning sales initiatives with overall delivery operations.
- Expertise in key account management and portfolio growth, particularly within logistics services, ensuring high client satisfaction and long-term retention.
- Strong strategic business development capabilities, including the ability to identify new regional market opportunities, form strategic partnerships, and expand market presence (including specialized logistics/transportation offerings).
- Robust financial acumen and P&L awareness, with hands-on experience in managing regional sales budgets, forecasting revenue, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing resource allocation.
- Exceptional cross-functional alignment and stakeholder management skills, adept at collaborating closely with regional delivery leads, C-level executives, and key client partners.
- A track record of operational excellence and innovation, comfortable optimizing sales processes, implementing new tools, and mitigating regional business and operational risks.
- Strong team leadership, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate high-priority issues, negotiate complex terms, and foster high-performing sales and delivery teams.
- Deep market intelligence, with the ability to analyze industry trends, competitive landscapes, and evolving customer needs to continuously refine go-to-market strategies.
