IT Support Specialist (2nd Line)

Your main responsibilities:

Advanced troubleshooting: Diagnosing process anomalies and API integration errors escalated from the 1st line.

Utilizing intermediate to advanced SQL Programming to debug database issues and run log diagnostics.

Code debugging and AI tools: Analyzing application logic within source code, co-creating prompts, and working with AI assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot).
-
Collaboration within the Allegro Group: Acting as a technical partner for multiple teams—ranging from business operations and Hypercare to Product & Development.

Automation and knowledge sharing: Creating technical standard operating procedures (runbooks) for the 1st line and optimizing the diagnostic workflow.
This is the right job for you if have:

Languages: English B2, Polish C1.
-
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in system maintenance or 2nd line technical support (L2).

Good knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL) and experience working with complex data architecture.

Practical knowledge of monitoring and log analysis tools (Grafana, Elasticsearch/Kibana, ).

Basic ability to read source code and readiness to work with Generative AI tools.

Strong communication skills and business maturity, enabling partner-level discussions at the intersection of technology and business.

Knowledge of the Linux environment and Windows Server basics.
An additional asset will be:

Experience in the logistics/courier industry or with a distributed network of devices (APM).

Knowledge of C# and object-oriented programming.

Knowledge of the Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) environment.
