Talent Management Specialist

As our Talent Management Specialist, you won’t just be “running processes” - you’ll be the driving force behind how we measure engagement, reward performance and develop future leaders. You’ll join a team operating at the intersection of data-driven strategy and creative, people-centric design. We don’t just focus on Talent Management - we actively shape the culture of Poland’s largest e-commerce ecosystem.
Your responsibilities:

Support Talent Management projects (such as Performance Management, Engagement Surveys, and Talent Programs)

Conduct market research, gather insights, and leverage available resources to contribute to ongoing initiatives

Prepare and manage instructions, manuals, and streamline communication channels

Handle administrative aspects of Talent Management activities, including:

Training coordination (bookings, scheduling)

Database management
-
Invoice processing and budget monitoring

Provide support in project management (e.g., timelines and coordination)

Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed
This role is for you if:

You hold a university degree (e.g., Human Resources, Economics, Psychology)

You have 1–2 years of experience in People & Culture or a related area

You feel comfortable working in an ambiguous environment and can draw conclusions and propose solutions

You can combine logical and creative thinking to simplify processes and scale solutions

You are well-organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively

You demonstrate strong execution skills: planning, prioritizing, and collaborating to achieve goals

You are a team player with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills

You are proficient in office tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace) and comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini)

You are fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
