Opis stanowiska

As our Talent Management Specialist, you won’t just be “running processes” - you’ll be the driving force behind how we measure engagement, reward performance and develop future leaders. You’ll join a team operating at the intersection of data-driven strategy and creative, people-centric design. We don’t just focus on Talent Management, we actively shape the culture of Poland’s largest e-commerce ecosystem.

 

Your responsibilities:

  • Support Talent Management projects (such as Performance Management, Engagement Surveys, and Talent Programs)

  • Conduct market research, gather insights, and leverage available resources to

  •  contribute to ongoing initiatives

  • Prepare and manage instructions, manuals, and streamline communication channels

  • Handle administrative aspects of Talent Management activities, including:

    • Training coordination (bookings, scheduling)

    • Database management

    • Invoice processing and budget monitoring

  • Provide support in project management (e.g., timelines and coordination)

  • Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed

 

This role is for you if:

  • You hold a university degree (e.g., Human Resources, Economics, Psychology)

  • You have 1–2 years of experience in People & Culture or a related area

  • You feel comfortable working in an ambiguous environment and can draw conclusions and propose solutions

  • You can combine logical and creative thinking to simplify processes and scale solutions

  • You are well-organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively

  • You demonstrate strong execution skills: planning, prioritizing, and collaborating to achieve goals

  • You are a team player with strong collaboration and problem-solving skills

  • You are proficient in office tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace) and comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini)

  • You are fluent in English (minimum B2 level)

  • Flexible working hours in a hybrid model (4 days office / 1 day remote), with start times between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. plus up to 30 days of occasional remote work per year
