Value Proposition Manager

Your main responsibilities:

Own the business strategy and expected business impact of value propositions for a specific product area or segment.

Define the monetization strategy and commercial levers for value propositions.

Align with the Product Manager on the product strategy to ensure overall value.

Co-create the overall value proposition definition with the Product Manager, outlining business benefits, features, and experiences.

Define the value messaging and communication strategy for consumers and partners.
-
Jointly communicate business progress and updates to leadership, marketing, commercial, and operations with the Product Manager.

Identify and resolve complex challenges requiring joint problem-solving with the Product Manager regarding business needs versus technical feasibility.

Drive shared customer research and analysis with the Product Manager to align product decisions with value.

Develop business KPIs and decompose outputs to input metrics.

Collaborate with the Product Manager on shared KPIs that measure both business and product performance.

Ensure value proposition initiatives are implemented seamlessly by aligning with the Product Manager's product strategy and technical execution.

Define and own commercial levers and enablers to maximize the impact of tech-driven solutions.

Lead the Value Proposition Management contribution in joint discovery workshops and sync meetings with the Product Manager to ensure continuous alignment and end-to-end ownership.
This is the right job for you if have:

5+ years of strategic product marketing or business management experience, with a proven track record of owning business strategies, monetization models, and commercial levers to maximize revenue and product impact.

Demonstrated expertise in co-creating value propositions, defining consumer and partner messaging strategies, and establishing data-driven business KPIs mapped to actionable input metrics.

Strong collaborative cross-functional leadership, particularly in building tight partnerships with Product Management, Engineering, Operations, and Leadership to align business objectives with technical execution.

Proven problem-solving skills in joint product discovery, customer research, and navigating complex trade-offs between business goals and technical feasibility.

Exceptional executive communication skills, with a history of joint reporting on business performance, continuous discovery alignment, and seamless go-to-market execution across commercial and operational teams.
